9330k Terms & Conditions – Complete Rules for Membership, Betting & Payments

The following requirements must be met to use 9330k's services. These conditions are strictly upheld to protect our members and ensure responsible betting.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Anyone under 18 is not permitted to use 9330k.
• Identity Verification: All information provided at registration must be accurate. You may be required to verify your age using your NID or another valid form of identification.
• One Account: Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any bonuses will be cancelled.
• In Your Own Name: Your account must always be operated in your own name and funded with your own money.
• Restricted Persons: 9330k employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for membership.

Opening an account on 9330k is straightforward, but providing accurate information is mandatory. Incorrect or false details can cause issues with withdrawals later on.

• During registration, you must provide your real name, mobile number, and date of birth, which must match your NID.

• 9330k reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (palpable error). In such cases, the stake will be fully refunded.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and membership tier.
• In live betting, once a round or period has begun, bets on that event may no longer be accepted.
• 9330k prohibits the use of artificial intelligence or bots to place bets. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Loss Limit: You can set a cap on the maximum amount you're allowed to lose within a given time period.
• Session Time Limits: You have the option to set a daily limit on the number of hours you spend playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break ranging from 24 hours to a permanent pause – available at any time. You will not be able to log into your account while a break is active.

• 9330k's decisions are final and binding unless clear evidence of a technical error can be demonstrated.

• For significant changes, members will be notified in advance by email or SMS.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account.
• If you continue using the platform after being notified of changes, you will be considered to have accepted the updated terms.
